Meet James Morton
With more than 25 years of experience as a professional property valuer and decades on the NSW South Coast and Shoalhaven, James Morton is an Associate member of the Australian Property Institute (API) and specialises in residential, rural and commercial property valuations, insurance and family law matters, taxation and estate planning.
After cutting his teeth in Sydney with Hyman’s Asset Management Group, James returned to his childhood home of Nowra to join one of the State’s largest valuation firms, W&M. Over 18 years of valuing experience — primarily in taxation, rural and residential valuing — James became a Senior Certified Practising Valuer across a wide range of specialties and accreditations.
Today, James lives and works in Culburra Beach with his family, and can often be found checking the surf between inspections.
